ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕਾ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਤੋਂ ਸ੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਪ੍ਰਉਪਕਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਘੁੰਮਣ
ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਿਰਾਲੀ ਚਮਕਦਾਰ ਮੁਸਕਰਾਹਟ ਅਤੇ ਜੋਸ਼ ਭਰੇ ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਨ ਖੜੇ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਘੁੰਮਣ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਰਤੀ ਚੋਂਕ ਤੋਂ ਕੱਢੇ ਗਏ ਰੋਡ ਸੋਅ , ਰੈਲੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਘਰ ਘਰ ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਨੇ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੋਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡਾ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ। ਘੁੰਮਣ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਅਸੀਂ ਹਾਰ ਕੇ ਨਹੀਂ, ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਲਵਾਂਗੇ ਸਾਹ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਲਕਾ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਦੀ ਲੋਕ ਸੱਚ ਤੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਖੜੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੋਅਦ ਦੀਆਂ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਸਾਫ਼ ਹਨ, ਲੋਕ ਹਲਕੇ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਤ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਨਾ ਕਿ ਝੂਠੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ। ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਘੁੰਮਣ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਤੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਵਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਕ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਪਨੇ ਵੇਚੇ ਤੇ ਦੂਜੀ ਨੇ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਅਤ ਨਾਲ ਧੋਖਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਹੁਣ ਲੋਕ ਸਮਝ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਹਕੀਕਤ ਤੇ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸ੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਘੁੰਮਣ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵਕਤ ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੈਂਪਾਂ ‘ਚ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਦੇ ਕਾਲੇ ਬੱਦਲ ਛਾਏ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਘੁੰਮਣ ਦੀ ਹਰ ਇੱਕ ਮੁਸਕਰਾਹਟ, ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਭਾਰੀ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਨ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਨੇ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਲਕਾ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿੱਤ ਦਾ ਤਾਜ ਸ੍ਰੋਅਦ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਅਰਾ “ਮੈਂ ਨਹੀਂ, ਮੇਰਾ ਹਲਕਾ ਮੇਰੀ ਤਾਕਤ” ਹੁਣ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਘੁੰਮ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਇਹ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਚੋਣ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸੱਚ ਦੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਲਈ ਜੰਗ ਹੈ।
