ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਕਲਾਸਰੂਮ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ।

ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਕੂਲੀ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਦਿੱਕਤ ਜਾਂ ਨੁਕਸ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਸਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਅਤੇ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ।
